art gallery 08

Today I just had to blog, mainly because
today only comes once every 4 years. Recently I've been doing homework, like crazy and today I'm also doing homework. Why must year 10 and year 11 contrast so much?
Apart from that,
tomorrow the Coconuts are heading to the Mardi Gras. I find it amazing how Australia appreciates gays, we throw a whole parade for them every year.
I also got my Graphic Tablet on Wednesday, I'm still nooby but I'll get there. Amazingly, Adobe Elements 3.0 has a tool that removes wrinkles :O. Now I could make myself look another 2 years younger.
On Wednesday we headed to the Art Gallery in St. James to view the Art Express which is also our assessment task. We are rebels so we took pictures of artworks to take home to analyse them so we could fool around at the gallery on the day.

This is possibly my favourite artwork at Art Express.
After taking photos and such, we were allowed to browse around in the gallery for "inspiration" for our HSC artworks.
Cathy, Bryan & I sat infront of a huge artwork and decided to play "I Spy."

This was the artwork and they guessed the most possible answers, such as: stampede, sunset, sky, sea, sea serpent,
sex, socks, saddle, shoes, stick, horse shoe, sword, silver, signature, stampedes, sunsets, skies, seas, sea serpents,
sexes, saddles etc. etc. etc.
But the
answer was stone. You could guess how annoyed they were after I told them that, but it was the most hilarious 15 minutes I Spy I've ever played and is memorable.

Cathy Voo Doo viewing artworks.
After the gallery we headed to the park to have lunch, we didn't eat 'coz we wanted to save our tummy for Maccas at Fairfield. So we took pictures and somehow managed to entertain ourselves.

Ant Eaters *slurps*

CCNFers (whom do Art.)
By the way... I cut my hair:
khanh & sex education
| Posted on 20.02.08 at 10:15 p.m.
Lately...
school has been enjoyable.
Khanh has been giving Cathy N. & I
free sex educational classes during Biology. We constructed an experiment involving 'tagging' little kiddies whom were very much rude. There was this little year 7 kid that I tagged and I said
"TAG! YOU'RE IT!" and ran away, he had the most confused face like the tag was contagious and continuously rubbed the texta off. How cute.
Khanh also wanted to eat some of the tadpoles in the Biology lab because he wants to 'try' them out, just like how he wants to eat my sea monkeys.
Today was school photos and as you all know everyone must have a nice cheesy smile. I must admit
I think I smiled so big my eyes went small. I must look like a chubby headed, oriented eyed, happy chap. I showed my mum what it might look like and she said I always smile like a freak.
From the previous entry I mentioned getting Sea Monkeys,
today was the first time I fed them. It's like, giving birth to a baby and seeing your baby for the first time as your embrace him/her within your arms. It felt like such a historic moment in my life. Yes, I think I'm obsessed with them.
I also
purchased a graphic tablet off Ebay with the help from Chris. Thank you very much! That would be
$130, gone. That would result to no more shopping for 3 weeks and possibly going out only once within those 3 weeks. Gahhh, I still haven't got my camera. But I'm excited for the tablet *grabs paper bag* It's an 8"x6" graphic tablet, comes with adobe photoshop elements 3.0 and all this stuff.
It might sound like the millionth time saying this, BUT I NEED A NEW JOB. I'm getting sick and fat of McDonald's, I want a better job... like, Michel's patissere, Gelatissimo, Wendy's... I don't know, just something. Someone... hire me? yes? :D

About Me

About some time ago, my father's gamete met my mother's gamete from a process called mating. The sperm swam to the ova and fertilised it,
thus creating a zygote. About nine months later, out came me!!!
The fantastic me, Rowena. I'm currently 16 years of age, a senior student working
part time at McDonald's. Oh yeah, I'm short...
I hate writing about myself, because I think you would learn more about others when you put the effort in.
But generally, I'm totally down to Earth, playful, always broke, love Biology & my Biology teacher, love shoes, passionate about dark chocolate and love good looking boys...
Oh yeah, I'm actually quite optimistic, I don't like thinking about the bad side of things because it always just makes it worse. But then
again there must always be something bad to life. I totally hate bees with a passion. And the thought of getting your periods when you least
want it. But I'm just any ordinary teenager living the life.
